My lt3 has noises coming from engine

Changed head gasket, machined the cylinder head and cleaned the valves and serviced the lifters. But still it has some noise.

It sounds squeaky like, then at other intervals as though it’s a tapping noise and the engine has no power.

I see defects just like that at work from the drivers!
Are all the levels okay?
Intercooler hoses okay?
Any smoke?

You might be advised to see a mechanic

It has smoke. I wanted to upload a video of the truck running so you see and hear. However am failing to upload
