Hi all.
I was looking through the How to section and saw the thread on Diesel re-synch using the Nanocom Evo.
As in this thread title, I have the Motronic V8 modules in my Nanocom and wondered if the procedure to re-synch is the same ?
If not, could one of you clever gents guide me through the procedure ?
I haven't had to use it yet but it would be nice to be clear on how to when the time comes.
I have resisted "playing" in case i sh*g it up.
Also, I have tried to download the operating instructions from the Nanocom website but, I only get pictures, no text. Perhaps it's because I am on an imac and not Windows, I don't know.

I understand that the Motronic is the same as the Diesel, i.e. you have to interrogate the engine ECU, remember the code and then write that code to the BECM.

Procedure for GEMS is to set the BECM in "Learn Mode" and cycle the ignition.
