Towball may well be at home
But towball bracket probably still in place therefore testable

I went to a few of the seminars to try and figure out all the new laws, there are so many grey areas its unreal (HiD's for instance) even VOSA are a bit miffed by whats what, its all down the the EU trying to make us the same as the rest of europe (well, actually its about Germany trying to make everyone the same as them).

I was present when I had my gaylander mot'd earlier and they didn't test my seven pin electrics.

Is yours a 7 pin? As said only 13 pins get tested, if they show a fault then yes its a fail but if you just happened to have a 13 to 7 pin adapter plugged in it wont get tested either
