Right well. I have started a new job as a welder and fabricator witch is ace. Week 3 and I have been given a 110 n reg to get threw it's mot. As you can gess it has faled and I have a few questions.

1. Boath frunt outrigers are rusted away but we can make new ones.
2. Bulkhead wher brack survow ataxhes is rusted. Tack off. Cut out. Re mack and weld back in. Must I bleed all brack flueds?
3. No survow asist on brackes. ? (not a clue on this)
4. Excesive play on hand brack (is this just tighten cable?)

Apreceate the help.
 
1 REMAKE OUTRIGGERS
2 yes bleed all brakes
3 possibly no vacuum to servo
4 the shoes are adjustable do that first then cable

Dont be put off posting Leon... the vast majority of people here are not bothered about spelling. You post away mate and enjoy yourself. I have more of a problem with rudeness than issues about spelling
 
I managed to figure out exactly what he was asking. It's no worst than some of the stuff that used to be posted in the good old days when we were all taking the **** out of anally retentive bastids that complained about the LZ dialect that almost everyone used.
 
no stress. i had it all when i joined.
i have naw managed to look at it all and nothing seems beyond me. bar the brake survow. have not had a chance to consolt my old workshop manual though.
think i will enjoy my new job. though the old problem is fast arising where i can not afford two cars and im curantley in an old bmw stage. i love tracks and sideways. but i am missing green lanes and propper surf trips moor and moor eatch day. ooow
anyway
canfidant now but i bet i will be back tomorow.....

Wot guage or thicknes steel shuld I youse to repare the bulckhead and the out rigars?
