I dont like the original steering wheel on my 87 110, and was wondering if the newer style defender steering wheel would fit easily even though my Landy does not come with PAS. Thanks

Strangely enough the Td5 style steering wheel will fit - but the version fitted to the 200Tdi and 300Tdi won't fit (1990 - 1998).

yeah if you want the tdi wheel you will have to chang the whole steering colum. the shaft for the tdi is tapered but the 90/110 one aint. didn't know about the td5 one tho. i dont much like the old style steering wheel either but if it fits i will be swapping me td wheel for td5 soon;)

kinda havin' the same thoughts about changin' '91 j reg 200 tdi wheel to chunkier one... any ideas wot will fit?

A TD 5 wheel sounds good to me, any ideas where I could source one from. I havent found one on the net so far.

thats it we've started a craze! they'll be more early 90's with a td5 steering wheels than snorkels!

Wot's the matter with people?? That big old steerin wheel's one of the best bits of an old 90 or 110:D

ahem...Ninety or One Ten...;)

I have to agree - when I got my first Ninety I changed the wheel back to the original. Right and proper it was.:D

The thing is the cross sectional diameter of em is too small, an those of us with dicky bredhooks can't hang on to em without our artheritis playing up, So I want a steering wheel whch has a much fatter cross section.
