The high winds have managed to rip off this piece of trim, not sure what it's called so can't order a new one, if anyone can identify the part I would be really grateful, if anyone is breaking a freelander 1, I would be happy to agree a price, including postage up to Cumbria.

First happened 3 weeks ago, I was in the car on the harbour when it blew off, thought I'd clipped it back on ok, last night winds were gusting to 80mph, no sign of the trim anywhere.
Wheelie bins & rubbish everywhere (and rain) no wonder people emigrate.

£63 new from Rimmers. Try breakers

When you replace it reseal the fixing holes as they will leak at some time - probably just after you put it back together, I used plumbers mate. Also replaced the sticky tape, while you are at you will probably need to replace the fixing clips as well.

Best of luck, did mine recently wouldn't want to do it again.

Thanks for all your help, really appreciate it, will scout round breakers yards for a few weeks first, think I'll add some mastic as well!

Found one in a breakers yard about 3 miles away, only charged £3, clips were in good order as well. Back on and sorted, thanks again for the help.
