Airways. Me again. Did u modify the radiator mounts or left the original 2.5 na radiator but just added the allard inter cooler ?

Pretty sure you have to cut down the N/A radiator mounts to get it to sit right. You'll need the disco rad and intercooler.

Mm okay thanks. Looks like loads of work for me when I get the ex mod one and rip my 200 tdi out from disco. As well pas box One thing is I am very undecided to leave it as green or spray different colour on !!!

Its not a huge job...the rad mount cuts take no time. Just get a grinder on them! If i ever do the conversion again i'd not rush like last time, so to be honest i'd rather be in your position, take your time and get it perfect.

I just put a new 200tdi radiator in mine with the Allard in front. I used the full 200tdi rad frame.

Airways. U know u replace the engine etc. did u remove the flywheel housing off the n/a and put it on the 200 tdi engine ??? I am just writing down what I need and etc. Borg clutch. Reinforced fork and timing belt etc while the 200 tdi is out then drop it in. Work to begin march time etc. new threat will be posted on here
