Hi ,
can somebody help please. Did Landrover fit a special sump to V8 110/130 fitted with salisbury front axle.
I ask because i have fitted a salisbury front axle to my 90 , but also because i see listed on E bay, a Military v8 sump for a salisbury front axle landrover, with a cut out in it ?

Makes sense then!

The Salisbury is a much larger unit so you may need to make the same mod.

Do an articulation test to see?

Hi ,
there seems to be enough room , just wonderd if landrover made it and fitted them , or its a home made mod

See wot ya mean. If the clearance is needed then thats the one ya want.
