sorry for another question, when trying to bolt the middle floor in, the right side doesn't line up, it like the floor it so big

its not a good idea to tighten sill in place tilll all panels and doors are fitted etc

nothing has been tightens up because the car is coming apart again for paint, just trying to test fit everything, but keep getting loads of problems

yes, loads of problems, I never took the body apart, I brought the body in pieces. so never got to see everything together

are sills secure or movable on their mounts etc

everything is movable just bolts have been placed in the correct holes

in which case they will fit eventually, ive built quite a few and all need plenty of moving and head scratching ,which is why lifting body off as a whole is prefrred method if just doing a chassis change

Just bend and push until everything fits. Put bolts in where it fits and then push panels back until there is enough space. You may have to trim footplate to fit as well as that is easier.
