been changing my rear brakes, wheel cylinders and back lines. im using easy bleed but cant get a firm pedal
if i pump brake pedal it goes firm,
hold pedal and it dose not drop,
but take me foot off give it 30 seconds and it drops to the floor

is it time to change the master cylinder ???
or
is it just air still in the lines still (used 1L of brake fluid) so far

try clamping flexis ,look in res when pumping pedal splashing indicates master cylinder seals poor

iv clamped all lines pump pedal it will stay firm, no bubbles
left the back clamped up !!
unclamped the front, bled up got afrim pedal. left for a min and same again pedal to the floor

im starting to think im going to have to change the master now ???? or could it still have air in the system

Just changed my master for this reason. Simple job. 20 mins plus bleeding.

Get a friend to help with bleeding. far easier than easy bleed.,

Agreed with above.

Had the same a few months back.

I replaced master cylinder and ditched easi-bleed for a friend!

IMO its far easier and hassle free to replace the cyclinder rather than the new seal kit.

OK I'm gettin very ****ed off with this 90 now

it should of been a simple shoes change, changed the shoes.. lost pressure in my brake pedal, tried to bleed, couldn't keep a firm pedal so...

£30 brake shoes
£40 2 new rear wheel cylinders
£15 new brake lines
£70 new master cylinder
£30 brake fluid

and i still have no brakes...... it will not keep a firm pedal

iv bled it with the back end up, the front end up, on level ground and each side up at a time, manual and with easy bleed...
no visible leaks on any lines

what do i do next ???????

I would defo bin the easy bleed. Clamp off both front hoses and bleed the rear, when have a good pedal clamp rear flexi then undo one front and check pedal if ok remove remaining pipes one at a time checking pedal as you go.
Other option is a collasped hose when they were clamped.
Just remember its a land rover and keep smiling
