Wear lip yes, but autodata or haynes will have max diameter

theres no point as new ones are cheap why skimp with brakes

Trouble with landrovers they are very sensitive to brake drum diameter.
It will chatter like mad unless you wrap it with lead ,for £20 odd a drum not worth it

If you machine out brake drums you'll need over size linings. Dont know where you'd get them nowadays. (unless someone knows better)Better to have new ones.
