I've got the transfer box off my disco and the output seal from the gearbox was leaking - I've taken the old seal out and can't get a new one in as there's a groove on the shaft that turns the seal inside out as you try to fit it. Has anyone got any ideas? I need to get the thing back together and off the ramp urgently
