I am selling my 1961 Series 2 and just wonder what the best place to advertise this would be? LRM mag? internet?

Any advice would be great,

Why not as many places as you can, good tidy original series are quite sought after at the moment.

I am selling my 110 at the moment and i have just put it on as many sites as i can, and its going into a landrover magazine in November's issue.

Just search for landrover for sale in google and add your landrover as for sale in the websites.

There are plenty of free ones out there, and some that are very cheap to put your add on.

Auto trader is a good place to start though.

Also try the relevent clubs for your machine - most have a website, forum or magazine.
