Anyone got any experience of dealing with these guys? I bought part number STC8501AA (P38 A-Bar) because they are quite tricky to pick up now, but LRD showed them as "in stock".

Supposedly despatched the following day, but they don't have a courier tracker number, but now a week later and nothing.

Sales helpline says that part was despatched directly from Britpart, but funnily enough the Britpart website says that they don't stock that part...

I'll give it a few more days before contacting the credit card people to recover the funds, but I have a feeling I've been had.

Thanks... that's quite reassuring. I'll see what happens. If the bit arrives, I will make sure and post it here. If it doesn't, same applies! I'm just spooked by "losing" the courier number, and Britpart not stocking the part he says they despatched.
