I'm currently looking at upgrading my 03 plate diesel Freelander to a 04 plate Vouge 40. Petrol/LPG conversion, is this a good idea, what are the running costs likely to be and does anyone know if its cheaper road tax?
 
budget £2k /yr. what don't spend one year you will the next.
if this is too steep......run.
 
I myself would NEVER have a LPG conversion. Diesel or petrol. To much to go tits up on a lpg conversion
 
A member on here recently did a thread with his year one L322 expenditure on it which will be of interest to you. I'm on my phone else I'd post a link.
 
Check availability of LPG in your area - and where you are likely to travel - lots of places giving up on stocking it due to lack of demand. Even the Triangle in Perth has now stopped, and I don't know of anywhere between Perth and Inverness that sells it. :)
