Hi all..

I recently bought a P38 4.0SE 2000 and went to change the wheels today, but couldn't find the locking wheel nut adapter?? (not sure if that is the right word). Anyway... I need to get these wheels off, so does anyone know if I can get a replacement adapter or do I need to hack this wheel nut off???

Are they the original wheels?? I should think you will be able to goto the dealers and order a new locking nut adapter. I say goto the dealer for this because the nut might be keyed so that only the right adapter will fit.

look on the locking nuts - there shd be a number on at least one of them - take that number to the stealers - that tells them wot tool yu require.

Or if he went in his car they could see for themselves if there aint a number on em.....There letters on a Rangie

bit difficult to get a rangie into a parts dept - an yu dont think they would come out into the cold to check - do ya?

Just to let you all know...

I called the main dealer in Exeter, and the very helpful guy there sold me one for £10.90 in VAT and delivery. All I had to do was let him know the letter on the locking wheel nut (which is a small stamp on the front edge).
