If I weren't so buys doing perms this week I'd suggest cutting up a beer tin to make shim metal to go between the locking nut and its pocket in the alloy before holding an m16 bolt in a pair of pointy needle nosed vice grips, then putting the stick welders earth clamp on the mole grips, and offering that contraption up to the locking wheel nut and going in with a stick welder at 140-160 amps.... There looks to be a hole in the centre....would an EZout fit? One of those left hand thread screw removers. Would have thought it would screw itself in until the nut starts to turn.
