We have a 2006 disco 3 which we've owned for 6 months.
Twice during that time we've had a complete loss of power, both times this has happened we've been towing our caravan and been accelerating up a hill. 'Engine system fault' comes up on the dash and the car basically dies.
Turning the ignition off and back on again sorts the problem.
A quick read of forums points to a turbo fault or maf sensor but the car runs fine the rest of the time with no problems accelerating hard/overtaking etc.
Anyone else had this fault so intermittently?
