Hi guys, urgent advise needed please. Lost power yesterday pulling away from a junction. It kept going but very low power. When I stopped it at work it wouldn't start again. Towed it home and changed fuel filter as I had one in the shed. It started straight away and I thought I'd cracked it. Still has low power ( can't get over 30 mph ) engine light comes on when I accelerate, I'm not sure if it came on before I changed the filter. I did egr mod and crank case breather mod a while ago, it seems to be running fine since they were done so dont think they are the problem. Any advice would be really appreciated, I need the car back on the road. Thanks. P.s. 55 plate td4

Thats the one.
Common problem with them, but could be a duff fuel pressure sensor or harness.

My pump as been a bit loud over the last few weeks I have been watching this one on the fleabay but don't know if they are good or not I changed my filter yesterday and as I have a spare pump from my R75 days I am going to try that first before purchasing the one below.

PS also noticed when I changed the filter that there is this also in the same area of the pump and filter which pulses when car is running ?
