Due to my friends selling up, i need to get on and break my 'breaker' disco.

Id like some advice on what i should keep from it, what is worth money, and what should just end up at the scrap yard.

For context, its a 300tdi, and we have another 300tdi disco (on the road) and a 300tdi defender 110.

Obvious 'keeps' are -

Engine (and mounted engine parts)
Gearbox & transfer box
Any working window regulators (i have an issue with window regulators)
I think the clipers are probably unusable
4-bolt box (ill used it for a recon on a possible PAS mod on the 101)
Steering column for above
Dash (as the one on our other disco is rough)

Sales -
Alloys (standard - i guess i might get £20 each if im lucky?)
I guess axels?
...but in order to do them, i need to get rid of the rest first.

Any advice on the rest of it?

Maybe keep a diff centre, same front and rear, a front and rear hub assy, each with a stub axle and brake caliper, can be reco'd with new bearings and seals and kept for service spares, both tailshafts, can be reco'd and kept for service spares, windscreen if donor car has a good one, door mirrors, (send them over to me, I keep clipping them on close trees on tracks and smashing them), headlight, indicator and tail light lens assemblies. These items would store pretty easily and not take up too much space, surprising how nice it is to have bits at hand when you need them. I have a large plot of land here but the wife will not allow an accumulation of "redundant" Disco's for spares, (sob, sob), but I have a LR mates out of town acreage to do that, he has no current wife but lots of old Land Rovers, a "theme park for old guys.... Roverland ".
