ive got a disco 1 m reg thats never been off road and the low box just wont move & i dont wont force it i have no idea what to do any advice

You need to get under it and locate the linkage for the transfer box which will be seized solid no doubt but a little bit of time and alot of wd40 should see you right

Hi there, do you mean it's locked in low ratio and you can't move the transfer box lever into high? Is the difflock on?

no its locked in normal drive and i cant nove the small gear stick (told you i dont know what im doing)

try the wd40 thing cos me mates just free d his with wd40 and alot of f words...
