Hi Everyone! I'm new to this forum but will probably be using it a lot!!!!

I have a '96 110 CSW and I'm trying to remove the seat box which so far as been quite straight forward

Does anyone know what the black box bolted to the front of the passenger side battery box is? I have unbolted it and it has a lid riveted to it with a few wires going into it.

It looks like I will have to cut the wires and then join them back up on refitting the seat box unless there are some better suggestions

It's the alarm "spider". Controls the immobiliser etc

Don't suppose anyone has a wiring diagram for this or any ideas how to remove the alarm altogether?

look for spider bypass, its all there, the alarm module (if fitted) is behind the dash.
now quick, go and introduce yourself, and pretend you went there first
