The guy i bought my Land Rover 90 from said that if i want to lift it just buy some 2" lift springs for the rear and use the standard rear springs in the front? Would that work?

depends what rear springs he was running. you can get a full set of spacers for 60-70quid. id keep the springs were they are and fit the 4 spacers. thats what ive done and it works great

got mine from mill services: Coil Spring Lifters

Well at the moment its bog standard so i take it he means that standard 90 rears in the front?

Wouldnt i be better off with bigger springs rather than spacers?

yer he does.

and you would... but then you need bigger dampers and more $$$. cheapest kits ive seen are around £200. their all in the mags.
