How can I put this. You asked a question and people answered. With the task you are undertaking as with any job, theres a way of doing it and then the proper way. Easiest way to lift the body is to pick it up is break it into the largest parts you can lift surely.
But if you are gonna get personal you won't find many spare hands to lift it.
