Looking at a +2" terra kit, question is, will the 265/75 r16 bfg m/t's i have on it look tiny with the lift? and if so, will it look ok with spacers?? if anyone has pics of this setup id love a look, thanks
why not???????????

sorry m8 but thats biggest load of bollix ive ever heardMainly due to the fact that wider tyres seem to be a lot worse off road in mud anyway. Good for rocks or sand im guessing.
Not sure how it works with extreme type tyres like yours but most people iv seen with wide tyres just sit and spin in mud whereas thinner ones dig down and get better grip.
One of the most capable Landies off road that iv seen had 235 Good Year Wrangler Muds on it, went most places and embarrassed other Landies with wider tyres.
Cracking looking Landy btw.;D
@Helmetbolt
hows the terra kit working out for you? any trouble with the shocks or anything?

what do thin tyres dig down to to get grip?
any tyre will only go down as far as your diffs will allow and if the bottom is further than that your stranded.
i do a lot of winch challenge and punch challenge events and not one single offroader runs theese so called thin tyres that get you amazing grip.Biggest load of Bollocks? Well id say its pretty obvious, a thicker tyre will act more like floatation, whereas a thinner tyre finds it easier to dig through mud and grip in. Iv seen it happen a lot and am just going from personal experience. Fat tyres just spin about on top. When in mud id much rather prefer a thinner tyre. Also gives less resistance.
Hence why they use fat tyres in sand so they dont sink so much.

simex,silverstone,and super swamper are the tyres of choice..
ive never had my 35/11.50 float or just spin on top of the mud maybe im doin summit wrong![]()
