Anyone fitted LED's in the footwell if so did they look OK or not? did them in my son's Type R and they looked good (red ones) but it was a pain in the ass to do, how hard would it be in the P38 i want them to come on and go off with the interior lights

Bored??? its not braking down and I have nothing to do until the headlining fabric comes

You could buy and fit these: "Prism Super Bright Interior Car Lights - Blue" £9.99 from halfords, or something similar.

If it's the same as the one I bought and fitted on my previous vehicle a "peugeot" (ughhh the nightmares! - Ruddy horrible vehicle, talk about unreliable!!) :( ... they simply ran off of a 12v cigaret lighter plug, and had some double-sided sticky tape fixed to the back on the lights, but I personally wouldn't bother, it can be very distracting, looks nice but more light in the cabin for me was just a pain, I like it nice and dark, only lights I want are a load of spots on the outside :p

I took a feed of the nearside puddle lamp and split it for an LED strip under the step and an LED panel in the passenger footwell. Now SWMBO with her duff legs can see where to put her feet when climbing in and out. I also discovered that the puddle lights only come on on the open door so these don't come on when I'm on my own.
