I have a cheap set of led lights on my early 90 and the mot tester has said they dip to the right, does anyone know which led lights actually dip to the left

Typically the lens/glass in front of the bulb/light source is what defines if they are designed for Left or Righ hand drive vehicles.
The direction of the luminous flux is often maked on the lens by an arrow pointing towards the left or right (right for UK).
To be 'legal' they need the E Mark, which for the UK is "E11".
