Hi Everyone,

I ve spent the last few years hanging out with friends with Series landys desperate for my own, imagine my joy when my friend said he had a Series 2A LWB that needed work doing

So with that in mind I m looking for four road legal tyres and some second hand front springs to get her on the road, I would love to hear any advice any of you would be willing to share due to as much as I m not a mechanical virign, I ve never worked on these vehicles before.

I really hope I get to meet many of you soon and learn from of the more experienced enthusiasts out there. I ll try to add some pics later this evening

sorry but cant help you with the leafers

im sure the rivet counters in the series section will be only to happy to help

firstly i wouldnt bother with second hand springs they are only 50ish quid new each and new springs really is a treat if you have been running about with seized ones!, as for tyre get on ebay and gumtrtee ect you will pick up a set no problem

Thanks for the info, does it matter about only changing the front springs or is it normal to do front and back at the same time ?
