cheers

Are the leavers moving the leavers ontop of th heater box? - will be a 2 person job to work it out - maybe that the cables ahve become loose from the levers ontop of the heater box ????

the heater box is under the bonnet, in the back corner on the passenger side. Make sure the cables on top of that box are moving when you operate the controls.

If the cables are nice and secure on top of the heater box, then it might be where they fit on the levers...

and this'll be the heater box....

There's also another down the side of the heater box;)

Like good ol buster said , just to add - the top cable on the box controls heat ( if you can call it that ) , and the side cable controls direction ( floor - screen ) .

( Muppet I bought mine off had theses all to cock back to front and alsorts )

Half hour max to do it ( unless your controls/cables are screwed .)

:D I was on about the cables on the heater box itself :D ( not the controls he he he :p .

The other cable ( on the fan switch side ) closes the flap on the bulkhead directly behind the heater matrix ( could be classed as a wading flap LOL :D )
