Hi all... i have a landrover 90 can anyone tell me if it stays in 4 wheel pertinent as when i discount the front propshaft the rear prop will not turn when in gear unless i hold the front flange .

Yes it is permanant 4WD. If you want to drive without the front propshaft, you will need to put it into Diff lock (Push the little lever to the left)

Permanent 4 wheel drive. There is a diff in the centre, which is why you have to hold the front flange to get the rear prop to turn. The difflock lever near the gear lever is for locking the centre diff.
