what you're looking for is called the "RAVE CD"
this is a landrover workshop manual on CD, covers lots of different landrover vehicles.
they are commonly available on ebay for a few quid, or there are a number of links on this forum to websites where you can download it. However, the green oval link no longer appears to be working, but there are a number of others, such as this kindly found by 300tdistu:
