The rear windows and rear wash wipe on my TD5 have stopped working yesterday. The windows are stuck in the down position. The rear wiper works in normal mode but not when you use the wash/wipe button.

I have not used the car all week and the inside of the windscreen was covered in moisture due to the weather.

I have checked the fuses and switches and they seem ok.

Any ideas

Check the window isolator switch in the centre of the switch panel, that should still leave the windows operable by the driver switches though.

Could it be the ECU ?

Also is there any other way to get the windows to shut ?
