A lot of bollocks. Where two differents metals come in contact with each other you will always get corrision. That is mother nature, and there aint no device gonna stop that. So save yer money mate.
Don't know how well it would work on a vehicle but we use them on Mercruiser sterndrives on boats. System is called Mercathode and it does work. Same principle as sacrficial anodes but does it electronically.
Claims about stopping corrosion completely I wouldn't believe but it will certainly reduce it. I know they are used on vehicles in salt mines. Seems a bit on the pricey side though.

i work in the aircraft industry and the only way to get arround corrosion is to put sealant inbetween each joint of metal. were every piece of metal is rivited together we put interfay sealant bewteen the mating surfaces. then cover the rivet or bolt head in more sealant.
anything to stop water getting in!
