just picked my dizzy up and - obviously - first stop was the local independent parts place to chase up some entirely unnecessary but entirely must-have bits and pieces

now - with neither item being in stock for me to compare - why would "most people" (to quote the bloke at the place) prefer to pay almost twice as much for plastic (front) lamp guards as for metal ones ?

in my virginal innocence, i would have thought that metal ones were the better proposition - particularly at a saving of about £ 35.00

this may all be immaterial, as i'm now off down the breakers yard for a poke round, but if anyone can explain, then thanks in advance
