Does anyone know anything about it? how much it costs? and general rules if there are any. never been to a pay and play before :(
 
went to the place and joined up. 20 pound a day or 140 for v year. place is ok but Tom Flynn, guy who owns it, says hell be out with the digger in the spring making new tracks all over the place. just needs ideas on what kind of tracks people want
