Hi all

Does anybody know if its possible to swap the Sat Nav unit from an 03 plate Vogue for a facelift touchscreen model from the 54 plate onwards. If so is it a big job.

Its ok i've found the answer now. Just in case anyone is interested for the future, you can upgrade the nav computer to the BMW Mk4 dvd unit that gives 3d mapping etc but you cant change the head unit for touchscreen as it completely different harness, wiring loom etc etc

A major difficulty with the L322 is that the entire dashboard assembly arrives at the factory fully assembled (in the early days from Germany) so dismantling anything once it is fitted in the vehicle is a major headache.
