Hi guys first post so bear with me..52 plate with 5l40gm box non crank ..no dash gear position ...failsafe shows on start up ..short across starter to get it running drives good except it thumps down the gears when slowing down ...checked all fuses changed gear position sensor in gearbox .still the same ...any ideas gentleman?

thanks hippo bought another one today ....needs a front subframe .fortunately I have one in stock so that's next weeks job
