Hi all,
still struggling with the air suspension.
It says air suspension not working and ive no ride height led light or fault light in the middle BUT it stays up and looks good ,air compress coromes on occasionally and it sits level .
When i plug the maxi reader it says can fault and articulation fault ,if i clear all is well until 2miles down the road when air suspension fault pops up.
Ive changed all four sensors with new and still no luck . when i try resetting the suspension with the rsw ,lower ,evacuate etc it does it but i still get articulation fault after going down the road .
I have noticed though that the front right reads + 16 mm but the front left reads -12 mm BUT the motor is level .
Ive even swapped sensors frommy other "good" working l 322 motor and the same readings occur . Does this indicate i may have a wiring problem in as much a bad earth ,poor positive or bad signal cable ?
does anyone know what the three wires are in as much which is earth, which is + supply and the correct voltage ?
many thanks to anyone who reads and extra special thanks to any one who might be able to enlighten this ole man
btw when going its awesome !
I know everyone says the 4.4 is better but the td6 pulls my cattle box full 2.5 tonnes (honest officer ) up a really really steep farm lane before i hit tarmac with more than enough umph for me

Have you calibrated it with the new sensors?
The sensors have a 5v signal (suspect center pin).

J

Many thanks to all that replied ,
Taken sometime but got there eventually .
Turns out the front two ride height to harness connectors weren't great . the one no longer clicked in fully ,faulty readings and the other had really bad electrical corrosion on the back of the connector . I bought two new ones off flea bay and soldered them on . quick reset with the rsw software and hey presto a dancing l 322 !!!!! normal to off road to access easy andmotorway mode on bypass motorways
Thanks to all

Thanks for posting the result.:)

hello there my name is ian and i am new to this, i have just bought a 2006 td6 l322 that is now sat on the floor i cant get her to sit up i have a few fault codes. i will put pics up as i don't understand some of the readings they show, and since talking to you guys i found that after having her running for ten mins there was a hissing sound coming from the back of her, can hear it from both sides at the wheel arches. i did get her to go up with my ediag reader but then when messing i lowered her and now cant get her to raise. not sure where to start, and i have just put a new battery on, she starts first turn of the key and drives no problems.

Sound like both rear air springs have failed. Not surprising given the age of the car.

can you think of any reason the 2 lights stay on as i cant get them off it seems to just be the lower and normal ride height settings
i have tried resetting everything but nothing seems to work.

If the bags have leaks in both of them it may not be able to lift itself. Clearing the errors won't help if the leak is greater than the air flow from the system.
Deal with the rear airbags first and go from there👍
