driving to work this morning my drivers side front electric window worked fine,i,ve since finished work gone to lower the window an theres no response at all its a 95 300tdi disco would be grateful for any any suggestions............already cheked the fuses and tried the switch on centre console please help its bloody warm driving home

i dont think it's a fuse if we speak about just one window......how did u check the switch? did u "shorted" the input with the output behind it? ... if yes then remove the door's casing and check if u have feed at the window regulator motor.....if u have it's the motor or the regulator, if not then its a bit complicated u have to join the path from the diagram and check feed at all connectors.

What happens when U press the button ??? anything

Can you hear the motor till working.. cos if U cant, the motor is FUBAR ..

If you can hear the motor working and window doesnt go down,then ya regualtor is FUBAR

problem solved,,,,,,,,loose connection on window ecu but just for drivers front window
