One of my two key fobs has suddenly failed. Locked the car with it but on return it would not open the car, got in by turning the key in the door lock. I am now using the spare hob.
Although I did not think it was the fob battery I changed it for a new one but still no joy.
I would appreciate any suggestions, if I buy another can I programme it?

Once u put a new battery did u resync it bk to the car

Other than that get a replacement codes my hawkeye did mine but have herd of some not working and causing the other fob to not work

Hello,

Another thing to check is for dry joints/knackered microswitches on the fob circuit board..

I've had to rework both of mine over the last couple of years.
