Anybody know if or how i can stop my gas system (Landi) flicking on after start up on my 3.9? I want to get rid of the petrol tank but it only starts on petrol. They will start on gas but i dont know if you can change the way the system works!!!
Anyone??

It will be a change in the software from one of the menus it will say to start on petrol (yes/No) and at what revs it will switch to gas.

and you will need to take care the vapouriser don't freeze up if used when theres no heat from coolant to warm it. mine does the same, starts on petrol and switches to gas when theres 4 degree C present in coolant. maybe look into
some sort of electrical heating, i haven't but there must be something out there!! good luck.

mine doesnt do that it clicks over as soon as it starts and runs perfectly so i have no worries about that at all! It just won't start on gas and there is nowhere to plug a computer into either. nevermind!

i know what you mean i think, it wont flick to gas when engine speed revving up, it does on the way down. mine does this, engine speed has to meet at least 1400rpm and be slowing for the change to take place, i did hear this speed is adjustable so maybe it can be set to zero, find a lpg dealer who can plug your ecu into their computer, i think thats all it takes, as opposed to plug their pc into your vehicle!! maybe???
