Hello and welcome, get an expert to give it the once over if you dunt know anything then yel have a list of what needs done. No point doing this and that when there are important bits needin done.

Rip the carpets out the rear coz the rot the fookers to death and odds on they are soakin cos they oiss water in.

Oh and by the way it's kind of mad on here.
