Read ur post on the intro section, yep you’ve kicked urself but what is done is done
Unfortunately due to the amount of electronics in a modern rangy it would be very difficult to determine a price until which ever ecu there talking about is replaced, it may or may not have damaged others down the line
Ur battery and alternator could have also suffered, assume fuses have been checked
Personally see if u can find a good independent Land Rover specialist to give u a second opinion
Main dealer I can imagine ur talking silly money

That’s what I was also thinking , must have caused one hell of a spike down the ecus
Hope it hasn’t knocked out the alarm side as I’ve read that can write a vehicle off with high costs
The alarm, the windows, lock system, etc are all working. The car just wont start

Think outside, no box required.
It quite possible that an ECU of some description has be mutilated by the "jump start".
Diagnostics might give an inclination to what ECU has been goosed.
But as already said there are so many ecu's to go wrong and it'll be an expensive ordeal.

How competent are you with a DMM and wiring diagrams?..agree with above an Indy or a member close better bet for diag than main stealer have you actually had anyone look at it with diag equip...know you fxxxxd up but we all have at some point you were probably in a rush to get SHMBO up and running after she flattened her battery...

There is a reasonable chance that no ECU's are fried as most is not all of the reverse polarity would have been absorbed by the low internal resistance of the flat battery. It could be something as simple as the immobiliser kicked in. Diagnostics is really the only way to determine what is going on. A stealer will just start swapping ECU's and racking up a big bill without actually knowing or caring what the real problem is.
