Hi all,
Im new to this forum, im 25 and this is my first landy, 97' discovery 300 tdi, I'll give you a short story how Its in my possesion, my dad bought this car brand new in 1997, driven it pretty much everyday for 15 years, (139,000 miles) no expense spared, kept all receipts etc etc, well he has just sold his house and he is retiring, as a present to himself, he has bought a discovery 4, and not really wanting to part with his old one, has given it to me for free
so since I was 11, ive basically grown up with this car, summer holidays etc, then whilst I started my mechanics apprenticeship then qualified, I learnt my way around it doing odd jobs, so have done all the work on it my self for the last few years and now its mine well chuffed.
Anyway, just saying hi, great forum you got here, will have to join in with the banter
