but can you help me with this one.
when i got the range rover the gear box was in high gear mode, then i had a little play. the gear box is now in low mode, there is now a button on the dash that is flashing and will not transfer in to high. not a dum person ( most of the time) but have no manual and been pressing buttons like i was landing the discovery suttle ha ha.
though i'd let every body know the car was picked up to day on a recovery truck and on its was to the land rover garage, my bank account is crapping its self!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

shall check the distruction mangule in the morn & post reply, seem to remember there being several threads about this, so might be worth searching the forum

manual / auto box?

its a manual gear box.

Stop!
Gearbox in Neutral
Foot on clutch
Press High/Low button
Wait for lights to stop flashing..
Foot off clutch

Drive away!

If it doesn't work then something is broken!
