My new crossmember fits the back of my 110 perfectly. I cut the old one off yesterday and when I slipped the new one over the cut chassis legs and did up the bolts it all fits.

I've heard heaps of horror stories of crossmembers not fitting and needing heaps of fettling to make fit. What normally goes wrong with them?

The same happened to me when I got one for the series,I was very disappointed as I had to put all my big hammers back in the shed!

Paddy where'd you buy it from? Mines is on the way out and unfortunately pressbrake is a bit too far for me to drive to so wouldn't mind getting one that's easy to fit
