i am having trouble finding insurance for my landrover at an affordable price im 23 have a 5 DOOR 300tdi discovery 1 and have a low risk post code but cant get insurance lower than £1100 a year anybody got and good pointers for insurance

Get it on a classic policy, about £250 id imagine...you dont accrue any no claims but you save a shed load of cash..

lancaster ins 88 pound fully comp for my series 3 ncb give them a go

you do with Lancaster insurance, with equity red star policy my 90 is on. i only found out the other week.
but not with the highway policy that my disco is under


so it depends on the insurance underwriter

Lancaster insurance they give discounts on their 4x4 insurance and break down for £36 a year
2Gether Insurance it offer discounts on their 4x4 insurance and breakdown cover.
frank pickles insurance has big discounts on 4x4 insurance if it has mods and is your second car

Get out the yellow pages and a LR mag and phone round
Its hard to recomend as each quot is individual

why does it matter if post has already been put on before ? it would just be another google search engine if i searched for everything on here there is such a thing as choosing not to read the post if its been mentioned before
