i can lift my disco by about an inch without having to buy lift kits
ive brought some tyres and i fitted them today but the back tyres slightly rub the wing so it needs to go up abit also the front tyres are catching inide when i put full lock on there catching a bar so what can i do to fix this i need to do it cheap as possible

yeah, you could make your own lift kit instead of buying one

adjust the lock stops until the tyres don't catch no more don't cost nuffink

if i was to put a 1 inch spacer under my suspension would i need to change the shocks??

Depends where about your tyre is rubbing on the wing.

Try this, some useful advice on fitting oversized tyres/wheels.
