just started getting this fault on my 98 disco some days she runs ok other days i can travel 5 minutes from home stop and she wont start changed a few things that i think or been told are common faults on l/r,s changed battery, inhibator switch, coil under steering wheel and she still persists and playing me up any suggestions

sounds like the spider problem. you can take it out and resolder the connections. I have not done it so maybe someone else can give you instructions on how to fix it.

thanks for advice will try find out where spider is and see if the connections are loose or corrodied
