As a non-standard part it's always best to declare it, otherwise they'll claim your insurance is invalid if you ever made a claim.

i have fitted a AlliSport Intercooler and just wondered if it wound effect the insurance

"technically" its a performance modification so definately best to declare, some insurers will increase the premium some not.

I know that the words "performance" and "Landrover diesel" are relative terms but even so.

Could also be a fuel enhancement device as it improves mpg
